From the app (immediate)

1. Sign in and open Settings.
2. Under Your data, choose Delete account.
3. Type DELETE to confirm.

You can download a copy first with Export my data in the same section.

If you can’t sign in

Contact us from the email address of your Google account with the subject “Delete my Personal OS account”. We’ll confirm the request and complete the deletion within 30 days. We may ask you to confirm from that address to protect your account.

What gets deleted

• Your captures, attachments and files, conversations, memory, topics, reminders, routines, approvals and activity history.
• Connections to Google, GitHub, Linear, Telegram and WhatsApp. Tokens we hold are revoked where the provider supports it.
• Desktop devices, agent sessions, push-notification tokens and your saved API key.
• Your sign-in account, invite and waitlist records.

What we keep

A minimal record that the account was deleted and when, without your content, so we can honour the request. Copies held by our providers expire on their own schedules. For example, Anthropic may keep AI inputs and outputs for a limited period for safety monitoring. See the Privacy Policy.

Delete only some data

You can delete individual captures in the app, disconnect services and devices in Settings, and remove your API key without deleting your account.
